In 2016 we transformed an abandoned 1960s auto parts store into a Neapolitan pizza & beer hall. Today, we continue to spread our artisan pizza pies across the Midwest. Find a place to visit!
Our best-selling pizzas are fired to perfection in wood-burning ovens, featuring hand-stretched dough and fresh, quality ingredients. Fan favorites include our Angry Beekeeper pizza, with soppressata and housemade hot honey, and the Dayton, loaded with crispy cupped pepperonis.

All of the ovens are made in a traditional Italian design. We
use about a cord a week of local Ash wood at each restaurant.
